error when I right click on virtual drive (Subst x: c:\path)

Im user of Windows 8 and i have a problem whit virtual drive create,

The virtual drive was created with Subst, and the error was able to verify the following:

The forum that you posted is the English only forum for Microsoft To avoid any misunderstanding that may be caused by the translation tool and better help you, please describe the event log in English.

Then, I suppose the AppCrash_explorer.exe crashed when you Using Subst command to create virtual drives.

I recommend you execute this operation in Windows clean boot, if this issue still exists, we need to collect the App crash dump file to do further troubleshooting.
